Sachin is a Power System engineer with over 17 years of industry experience in transmission, distribution and generation. He has held key technical and managerial roles at Powerlink, Ausgrid and Aurecon.
He holds significant expertise in grid connections and power system performance analysis. As a founding lead of renewable connections team at Powerlink Queensland he led a team of grid connections and power systems experts at Powerlink for 7 years, growing the team to over 20 Engineers prior to establishing a Power System consulting firm – Etik Energy.
At Etik Energy he contributed to over 4GW of renewable and storage projects as a grid advisor. He was also a technical advisor to Powerlink and Energy Co for REZ connection process and system strength planning prior to founding SM Grid Partners.
